Your agreement with AniRipple
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AniRipple mobile application, website, wallpaper catalog, community submission tools, and related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use AniRipple on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to online services under the laws where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use AniRipple if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the Service.
Accounts and guest profiles
AniRipple may automatically create an anonymous guest profile so you can like, favorite, download, and report wallpapers without first registering. Uploading requires a registered account. Registered accounts may use email and password or an available third-party sign-in provider.
You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping your credentials and device secure, and providing accurate account information. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or create accounts to bypass restrictions. Tell us promptly through the support channel in our store listing if you believe your account has been compromised.
Permission to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, AniRipple gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and download available wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
This license does not transfer ownership of AniRipple, its software, brand, catalog design, or any third-party artwork. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service or catalog except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Your submissions
You retain any rights you already hold in content you submit. To operate the Service, you grant AniRipple a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, distribute, and otherwise process your submission for review, publication, delivery, promotion within AniRipple, moderation, and Service operation. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical cleanup periods and legal retention needs.
For every upload, you must truthfully complete the current rights attestation. You represent that the work is yours or that you have permission or a valid license to submit and distribute it through AniRipple. For non-original work, you must provide accurate artist credit, source information, and permission or license details. Finding an image online does not by itself grant reuse rights.
Content and conduct rules
AniRipple is a moderated, safe-for-work catalog. You may not upload, submit, link to, or use the Service for content or conduct that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or misrepresents ownership, permission, attribution, or source.
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, depicts sexualized minors, promotes abuse, or otherwise violates AniRipple’s safe-for-work standard.
- Is unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, malicious, or designed to facilitate harm.
- Contains malware, corrupted media, hidden payloads, or attempts to interfere with accounts, moderation, rate limits, storage, API availability, or security controls.
- Uses automation to scrape, bulk-download, manipulate engagement, spam reports, probe private assets, or access data without permission.
Review, reports, and moderation
Community submissions enter a human moderation queue and are not guaranteed publication. We may reject, archive, remove, restrict, or restore content; request corrections or evidence of rights; resolve or dismiss reports; and preserve moderation records. Report volume alone does not automatically remove a wallpaper.
We may act on copyright, safety, technical, duplicate-content, or other concerns at our discretion and as required by law. Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or termination. You may use the support contact in our store listing to raise a good-faith concern about a decision.
Anime art and third-party rights
Anime titles, characters, artwork, names, logos, and other intellectual property may belong to their respective creators, artists, studios, publishers, licensors, or other rights holders. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, AniRipple is not endorsed by or affiliated with those rights holders.
Creator credit and source links are informational and do not replace permission. If you own rights in catalog content and believe it is unauthorized, submit a copyright report with enough detail for us to review it.
Copyright complaints and asset removal
Users, not AniRipple, are responsible for the content they upload and for obtaining every permission, license, and release needed to submit and distribute it through the Service. AniRipple does not verify or guarantee that a user submission is authorized, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for user-submitted content or a user's infringement of another person's rights.
If a rights holder, authorized representative, or other person with a good-faith rights concern reports an asset, we may remove, disable, restrict, replace, or otherwise make the asset unavailable from the Service while we review the report or at any time we consider appropriate. This can include its previews, downloads, and associated catalog listing. We may request information or evidence from the reporter or uploader, but are not required to adjudicate ownership disputes.
A copyright report should identify the protected work, the AniRipple asset or URL at issue, the reporter's contact details and authority to act, and a clear explanation of the claimed infringement. We may retain report and moderation records as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section limits responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Downloads and device behavior
Wallpaper availability, image quality, live-wallpaper support, and installation behavior depend on the media, your device, operating system, permissions, storage, and platform rules. Android may open native static or live-wallpaper flows. On supported iOS versions, AniRipple may export media to Photos so you can finish setting it using Apple’s controls.
You are responsible for reviewing device prompts and for your use of downloaded media. Files already saved to your device remain there until you remove them, even if the catalog item or your AniRipple account is later deleted.
Third-party services
The Service relies on infrastructure and may offer Google or Apple sign-in. Your use of third-party services, devices, app stores, links, and operating-system features is also governed by their terms and policies. AniRipple is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using AniRipple at any time and can permanently delete a guest or registered account inside the app. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or ban an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service or others are at risk, or law requires action.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, responsibility for submissions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.
Service changes
AniRipple is an evolving service. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, supported formats, catalog items, or availability. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise that every feature or wallpaper will remain available indefinitely.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all catalog content are provided “as is” and “as available.” AniRipple disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that every submission is authorized, accurate, safe, available, or compatible with your device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AniRipple will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, access, or device functionality arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid AniRipple for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AniRipple harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require you to indemnify AniRipple for its own unlawful conduct.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the AniRipple operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections where you live remain available. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Unless law requires otherwise, changes apply prospectively. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Questions, copyright concerns, or notices about these Terms can be sent using the AniRipple support contact shown in the app’s App Store or Google Play listing. Include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request, but never send a password or authentication token.
